Uploaded Media: Photos you upload for AI face cloning. These are stored securely and used solely to personalise your AI-generated videos.
Usage Data: Logs of videos generated, posted, and scheduled on your account for billing and support purposes.

Scope of Service — Important. GSBS Pilot™ provides one service only: generating and posting AI-powered videos to your connected social media page(s) based on your selected content niche. We do not manage, run, grow, advertise, or promote your social media pages in any other way. Any activity beyond automated video posting is outside the scope of this Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
GSBS Pilot™ offers the following monthly subscription plans, priced in Nigerian Naira (₦):
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and are subject to change. You will be notified at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
One Account, One Niche: Each GSBS Pilot account is permitted one (1) content category (niche) at a time. This niche applies to all connected social media pages under your account. To change your niche, you must cancel your current subscription and create a new one.
No Free Trial: GSBS Pilot does not offer a free trial period. Subscriptions are billed immediately upon activation. Access codes may be granted by GSBS Solutions Ltd. at our sole discretion (see Section 5).
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely via Paystack, our authorised payment processor.
GSBS Solutions Ltd. may, at our sole discretion, issue promotional access codes that grant temporary free access to the Single Plan.

Think of GSBS Pilot™ as your content production team — we make the videos and post them consistently. You are the marketing team — getting people to see and follow your page is your responsibility. Consistent, quality content is provided by us. Audience growth is driven by you.
GSBS Solutions Ltd. shall not be held responsible or liable for any lack of follower growth, low engagement, poor reach, or any social media performance outcome whatsoever. Social media growth depends on many factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to platform algorithms, advertising spend, niche competition, and posting timing.
GSBS Pilot connects to third-party social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) on your behalf via official OAuth authorisation.
All videos generated by GSBS Pilot are created using third-party AI video generation tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
You own the content posted to your social media pages. GSBS Solutions Ltd. claims no ownership over any generated video published on your accounts.
Due to the nature of our automated service and the immediate costs incurred upon subscription activation, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, we will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted to enquiry.gsbs@gmail.com with your account email and reason. We will review and respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing enquiry.gsbs@gmail.com.

GSBS Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these provisions without refund.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of our platform without express written permission from GSBS Solutions Ltd.
Content generated and posted to your social media pages belongs to you. By using GSBS Pilot, you grant GSBS Solutions Ltd. a limited licence to generate and post content on your behalf solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSBS Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for:
